In this class physical postures will be linked with breath to build strength, flexibility, and awareness. There will be a strong focus on moving mindfully and working the body in alignment. Heat will be created in strengthening and flowing postures before stretching, moving the spine in all directions. No previous experience required! This class is suitable for all levels and will be a great way to support and balance the body for pole fitness.
