OFF THE POLE CONDITIONING!
Let’s face it, we do a lot of upper body strengthening in our aerial workouts. But what about the rest of our body? It is super important to cross-train and this class was created just for that purpose!
This class will include some cardio and other exercises focusing to strengthen our muscles… especially the ones that don’t get used during our regular aerial classes! For example: Leg and Booty sculpting, and of course, extra core work!
We can promise you this class is a no regret kind of sweat!
